It’s the spirit of our people - the passion, commitment, and a great team environment - that makes our company a great place to work.\nVisa Sponsorship: This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.\nWho we want…\nApplicable candidates should have 10 or more years relevant experience in project management within professional services, manufacturing, or related industries, with demonstrated success leading Design-Build projects from proposal through commissioning. \nThe candidate can demonstrate how their understanding of the industrial manufacturing space and our solutions have led to positive outcomes in prior roles, particularly through project planning, scope definition, and value engineering. \nDemonstrated experience collaborating with engineering, automation, procurement, and construction teams to deliver integrated solutions, proactively resolving challenges and managing change along the way. \nExperience leading customer engagements in a design-build environment, including facilitating alignment on scope, budget, schedule and risk throughout the project lifecycle. \nCandidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office tools and products for normal business communication, presentation of information, and collaboration.\nCandidates should be comfortable working in various settings such as industrial facilities, standard office, and remotely.\nThe position will manage customer relationships, candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to negotiate on behalf of the company.\nThe team member should be an energetic, self-motivated individual who enjoys a team environment, as well as a passion for collaboration and professional development.
