In addition to commercial projects, we conduct our own R&D, building machine learning algorithms for cardiology. As a member of our team, you’ll contribute to solving problems that no one has solved before, with the goal of tangibly improving people’s health and lives.\nZakres obowiązków\ndesign and implementation of systems processing medical data, in particular designing systems using machine learning methods;\n conducting experimental research of designed algorithms, in particular deep neural networks used to process image data;\nvalidation and evaluation of the correctness of algorithms in each phase of software development, from proof-of-concept verification, through prototype development;\ncreation of project documentation, including reports from conducted experiments;\ncooperation with software engineers and clients to develop technical solutions and components in IT projects;\n analysis of business requirements and design of technical architecture for testing and implementing comprehensive solutions;\nmentoring and substantive supervision of the work of machine learning engineers;\n carrying out tasks assigned within projects in cooperation with other machine learning engineers and clients;\npreparation of knowledge exchange and process optimization in the team;\nWymagania\nhigher technical education (PhD in computer\nscience/statistics/mathematics will be an additional asset),\nmin. 3 years of experience in the area of ML,\nvery good knowledge of visualization\ntechniques, data exploration and analysis (especially numerical and image),\nknowledge in the field of statistics,\nmathematics,\nknowledge in the field of machine learning\n(especially deep learning),\nvery good knowledge of neural network\narchitectures, including CNN, UNet,\ngood knowledge of Python,\nvery good knowledge of image processing,\nsignal analysis and analysis of algorithms,\nability to efficiently implement and verify\nliterature methods, in particular those related to machine learning,\nunderstanding the advantages and\ndisadvantages of algorithms based on machine learning and the ability to\npresent developed solutions in a comprehensible and comprehensive manner,\nindependence, proactivity, openness to\nchange, communication skills, analytical thinking,\nability to effectively organize work and\nmanage time,\nvery good knowledge of English – min.
