The ideal candidate must demonstrate effective communication skills and be capable of responding to users regarding a variety of complex questions in a professional, efficient, and timely manner.\nThe position requires 5+ years of experience troubleshooting software and hardware issues, with detailed working knowledge of legal-specific software and processes, including but not limited to Windows 11, Microsoft 365, iManage, VPN, and Citrix. Capable of formatting and troubleshooting Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
