Вона поєднує акустику голосу зі змістом розмови, розпізнає емоції та ознаки критичних станів і підказує оператору, коли потрібна увага лікаря. Окрема модель прогнозує, чи прийде пацієнт на прийом.\n\nПлан на 2 роки: спершу тіньовий режим поруч з операторами, потім активний запуск у 20–30 клініках Польщі, Німеччини та України.\n\nСтек: Python, PyTorch, WavLM, HuBERT, MLflow, Docker, ONNX, LLM.\n\nЩо робитимете (разом з ML Tech Lead):\n\nнавчати аудіоенкодери та мультимодальні моделі «аудіо + текст»;\n\nбудувати пайплайни даних: очищення, сегментація, анонімізація аудіо, аугментації;\n\nстворювати систему розмітки й зберігання датасетів, вести повний цикл навчання та валідації;\n\nстискати моделі для CPU за допомогою distillation, квантизації та ONNX;\n\nдеплоїти моделі в прод, налаштовувати метрики й логування;\n\nаналізувати роботу моделей на реальних дзвінках.\n\nЩо для нас важливо:\n\n2–3+ роки в ML і моделі, доведені до продакшену;\n\nPython на інженерному рівні: чистий код, тести, git;\n\nPyTorch і досвід роботи з аудіо та мовленням;\n\nкласичний ML (gradient boosting, незбалансовані класи) і коректна валідація;\n\nMLflow або аналоги, Docker;\n\nдосвід з LLM: промптинг, fine-tuning або інтеграція в пайплайни;\n\nанглійська B1+.\n\nБуде плюсом:\n\nтелефонне аудіо та шумні дані;\n\nмедичні чи інші
