and cooking procedures.\nMust be able to work quickly and efficiently.\nMust be able to work well as part of a team.\nMust be able to work well under pressure.\nAbility to maintain personal cleanliness.\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh school or vocational school coursework in kitchen basics, such as food safety, preferred.\nPrior related experience preferred.\nPhysical Requirements:\nProlonged periods of standing and working in a kitchen.\nExposure to extreme heat, steam, and cold present in a kitchen environment.\nMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.\nMust be able to work late nights and unpredictable hours.\nManual dexterity to cut and chop foods and perform other related
