The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in AEM architecture, backend development, content management, and cloud-based deployment strategies, along with proven client-facing consulting experience.\n\nIn this role, you will lead AEM implementation and migration projects, provide technical leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and design scalable, secure, and high-performing digital experience platforms.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions for enterprise customers.\n\n- Engage with clients to understand business requirements, provide technical consulting, and recommend scalable AEM-based solutions.\n\n- Design and implement solutions using AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms.\n\n- Lead AEM migration and upgrade initiatives from legacy CMS platforms or earlier AEM versions.\n\n- Develop and customize AEM components, templates, workflows, and services using best practices.\n\n- Build backend services using Sling Servlets, OSGi Components, Sling Models, and JCR APIs.\n\n- Configure and optimize Dispatcher, caching, replication, clustering, and CRX repository management.\n\n- Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and content delivery.\n\n- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to implement responsive and accessible web experiences.\n\n- Define development standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor development teams.\n\n- Establish CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments using Maven, Jenkins, and related DevOps tools.\n\n- Ensure high code quality through static code analysis and security best practices using SonarQube.\n\n- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.\n\n- Work closely with architects, business stakeholders, QA teams, and project managers in Agile delivery environments.\n\nKey Skills & Expertise : \n\n- Client-facing consulting experience with AEM implementations\n\n- AEM Sites, Assets & Forms deployment and migration\n\n- AEM Backend Development -
