This position requires expertise in analyzing compensation data, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic recommendations to align pay practices with organizational goals. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of compensation practices, and the ability to handle complex projects with minimal supervision.\nEssential job functions include, but are not limited to:\nAnalyze, maintain and develop competitive compensation structures, including pay grades, ranges and career leveling. \nLead the annual salary review process, including budgeting, analysis, and communication.\nPartner with HR leadership to align compensation programs with business objectives.\nMonitor trends and best practices in compensation to ensure competitive positioning.\nConduct job evaluations to determine appropriate pay levels and classifications.\nPerform benchmarking studies and salary surveys to maintain market competitiveness.\nAnalyze internal pay equity and recommend adjustments as needed.\nEnsure compensation practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., FLSA, EEO).\nPrepare and submit required compliance reports. \nMaintain accurate documentation of compensation plans and job descriptions and provide governance.\nCreate and present detailed compensation reports and dashboards for executive leadership.\nProvide insights through data analytics on pay practices, trends, and program effectiveness.\nServe as a compensation subject matter expert and advisor to HR Business Partners and leadership.\nConduct training sessions for managers and employees on compensation practices and policies.\nWork closely with Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and Finance teams to align overall rewards strategy.\nSkills, Knowledge, Qualities:\nExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to interpret and present complex data in a clear, concise manner.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams and influence decision-making.\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational and project management capabilities.\nEducation, Training, Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.\n7+ years of experience in compensation analysis or HR roles with a focus on compensation.\nStrong understanding of federal and state labor laws related to compensation.\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel and experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, or similar) preferred\nExperience with compensation tools or platforms (e.g., PayScale, MarketPay, or similar) preferred.\nCertificates, Registrations, Licenses:\nCertified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar certification preferred.\nValid Oklahoma driver’s license, or the ability to convert within 30 days for those with an out of state driver’s license that are an Oklahoma resident.\nPhysical/Mental Requirements & Working Conditions:\nWork is performed in an office setting.\nOther information:\nPosition is located at the Administrative Center in Chouteau, OK.or the Engineering & Technology Center in Tulsa, OK.\nCompensation will be commensurate with experience
