Reporting to the Director, Business Operations, A&P, this role will support demand forecasting and planning activities to ensure optimal inventory levels, production alignment, and supply chain efficiency.\n\nResponsibilities\nDemand Forecasting\nDevelop, analyze, and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and statistical models to support inventory and production planning decisions.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration & Supply Chain/Vendor Management\nPartner with internal teams and managers across the organization to align demand forecasts with business goals\n\nAssess and manage supply chain capabilities and capacity; coordinate with vendors and suppliers on lead times, capacity planning, and performance to ensure demand plans are executable.\n\nSystems Implementation, Transition & Risk Management\nProvide bandwidth and support for the implementation of NetSuite and Anaplan, and lead the sunsetting and transition of Intacct and the proprietary BI demand planning tool.\n\nCrosstrain team members on core analysis activities and specialized reporting to ensure continuity of knowledge and process.\n\nManage risks associated with system transitions and ongoing operations and identify and capture cost savings opportunities.\n\nRequirements\nRequirements\n7+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain analytics, or operations analysis, with a demonstrated ability to structure and lead complex analyses independently, from ambiguous problem through actionable recommendation\n\nProven track record working directly with internal managers and leadership to align demand plans with business priorities, and with external vendors and suppliers to resolve capacity constraints and performance issues\n\nExperience supporting or leading ERP/system implementations (e.g., NetSuite, Anaplan) and system transitions/sunsetting (e.g., Intacct, legacy or proprietary BI tools), with the bandwidth to manage these alongside core planning responsibilities\n\nStrong analytical and statistical forecasting skills (Excel, ERP/planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar)\n\nExperience with vendor management, including performance tracking and capacity negotiations\n\nAbility to cross-train and develop team members on core analysis activities and specialized reporting\n\nDemonstrated ability to identify, manage, and mitigate operational and project risks, and to identify and capture cost savings opportunities\n\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable plans for managers, vendors, and cross-functional teams\n\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\n\nRequired Education\nBachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field\n\nStatus\nFull-time\nLocation\nRemote\n\nThe expected base salary range for this position is $94,000-$102,000, however the offered salary may be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations.
