This role involves leading a small team of 2-3 members to ensure that menus are accurately quantified using data collected from past events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the catering database, including updating allergen information, refining menu item names, and adjusting quantification amounts for specific dishes. This is a salaried position that may require weekend hours during peak seasons.
