The Group Sales Coordinator is a cornerstone of the business’s operations. Acting as a liaison between service, guests, and management, this role requires a resourceful, professional, polished, and intuitive individual who serves as the first point of contact for guests at Dizzy’s Club. This position operates independently and offers significant opportunities for skill development and advancement into management.\nResponsibilities:\nLead and support training initiatives for host and front-of-house team members to ensure exceptional guest service standards.\nCommunicating and coordinating with clients in preparing and managing group sales inquiries and/or contracts via emails and/or phone calls\nManage and respond to guest and client communications in a timely and professional manner by email and/or phone calls.\nOversee the Setup and organization of the dining room for group events and daily service.\nEnsure all opening, rolling, and closing procedures within the host department are executed accurately and efficiently \nPerform closing duties as needed, ensuring smooth end-of-day operations\nExecute additional assignments and special projects as directed by management.\nSupport overall service execution to ensure seamless and high-quality guest experience.\nPerform general administrative duties to support front-of-house operations.\nExecute additional assignments and special projects as directed by management.\nQualifications:\n2 years of NYC full-service restaurant experience.
