This position requires evening availability, including late nights and weekends.\nResponsibilities\nGuest Experience & Service\nProvide warm, attentive, and professional service to all guests.\nWelcome guests, answer menu questions, and make food and beverage recommendations.\nTake accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.\nAnticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.\nMaintain a polished and professional presence throughout each shift.\nFood & Beverage Servic e\nServe food, cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to established service standards.\nDemonstrate knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, beverages, and daily specials.\nAccurately enter orders and process guest payments using the POS system.\nFollow all responsible alcohol service requirements and procedures.\nBar & Service Support\nAssist with bar setup, service, restocking, and breakdown as assigned.\nMaintain appropriate levels of glassware, beverages, garnishes, and service supplies.\nKeep tables, service stations, and bar areas clean, organized, and guest-ready.\nAssist fellow team members during high-volume service periods.\nTeamwork & Standards\nWork collaboratively with bartenders, servers, culinary staff, management, and other team members.\nFollow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.\nComplete opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities.\nHelp maintain the high level of hospitality expected at Dizzy’s Club.\nQualifications\n1-2 years of previous serving and bartending experience within the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred.\nExperience in a high-volume restaurant, entertainment venue, or upscale hospitality environment is a plus.\nStrong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service.\nTIPS certification is a plus.\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and guest-service skills.\nAbility to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.\nProfessional, dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.\nMust be available to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.\nAbility to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, bend, stand, reach, perform repetitive tasks, and stand for extended periods throughout the shift.\nJoin the Team\nBring your passion for hospitality to an unforgettable setting where great service and world-class jazz come together.
