# Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Construction Project Coordinatorto support the administration and coordination of construction documentation including shop drawings throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, tracking, and maintaining contract documentation, coordinating with internal departments, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers, to support successful project execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment, has strong communication and organizational skills, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Shop Drawing Coordination Compile, organize and maintain shop drawing packages received from vendors, subcontractors, and internal drafting department. Review shop drawings for completeness and compliance with project scope, contract requirements, and specifications, identifying any discrepancies or omissions. Track and document shop drawing revisions throughout project lifecycle. Coordinate drawing review workflows between project, managers, engineers, clients, and vendors.
