Accounting, Finance, or related degree preferred\n2+ years of experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role, processing 300+ invoices monthly, or equivalent experience with GPY Accounts Payable processes\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with NetSuite preferred\nProven ability to accurately calculate, post, reconcile, and manage accounting figures and financial records\nExperience with banking portals and corporate P-Card programs\nStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail\nDemonstrated reliability, integrity, and trustworthiness\nAbility to maintain confidential, accurate, and meticulous financial records\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a high-volume environment\nThe responsibilities we will trust you with as our Accounts Payable Processor:\nProcess approved invoices and expense reports, verifying accuracy, coding, approvals, supporting documentation, and duplicate submissions\nManage Accounts Payable workflow through approval and routing systems.\nPrepare and process payment batches, including checks, ACH, and wire payments\nResearch and resolve invoice, coding, vendor, and payment discrepancies\nRespond to vendor inquiries and provide timely updates on invoices and payments\nReconcile vendor statements, monthly transactions, and accounting records to ensure accuracy\nMaintain organized Accounts Payable documentation and vendor records, including W-9s and 1099 processing\nProvide supporting documentation for audits and assist with year-end accruals\nFollow Finance policies and internal controls and maintain confidentiality of financial information\nCollaborate with the Finance Team and internal departments to resolve issues and improve Accounts Payable processes\nProvide professional, responsive customer service while promoting teamwork, quality, and respect\n\nWhat you can expect:\nSupport
