Click here to learn more\nBenefits\nWe embrace flexibility and connection with a balance of on-site and WFH. \nFree onsite parking (subject to availability)\nGender neutral, 16-week parental leave available from commencement\nEligible full-time employees may access compressed working hours, or additional Work Life Balance Days, subject to eligibility criteria, helping you prioritise wellbeing and flexibility.\nFree income protection and salary continuance insurance\nAccess to corporate health insurance deals with major providers\nWellbeing, prayer, and sensory rooms in the Footscray and Sunbury office\nThe opportunity\n3 x Billing Analysts - Fixed term until 30/6/2027\nProvide subject matter expertise to support the stabilisation and optimisation of the Oracle CCS billing platform, and associated customer data, metering, billing and revenue assurance business processes.\nResponsibilities\nLead analysis and remediation activities to resolve billing exceptions, unbilled accounts, and data integrity issues.\nSupport the delivery of Catch-Up Billing and related remediation programs to ensure accurate and timely billing outcomes for customers.\nContribute to compliance with the Enforceable Undertaking and Water Industry Standards by supporting billing quality assurance, controls, and reporting activities.\nCollaborate with Product, Technology, Data and Operations teams to identify root causes of billing issues and implement sustainable fixes.\nProvide analytical insight and operational support to ensure billing processes, controls and system configurations operate effectively.\nAssist in monitoring billing performance, risks and defects, ensuring issues are escalated and addressed through appropriate governance forums\nSkills & Experience\nDigital Customer Systems - Experience in customer experience design, development and delivery of customer systems, tools and applications including digital transformation through digitisation of customer services and automation of business processes. \nChange management - Demonstrated ability in supporting high-qualitychange adoption. \nPlacing people at the centre of all change activities by improving the employee experience-good understanding of organisational change processes and experience with change management methodologies. \nContinuous improvement - The foresight to continuously improve our processes and services to build customer and stakeholder relationships.
