Tier III / IV Data Centre Document Control\nEstablish and maintain a high-compliance document control system suitable for mission-critical environments.\nControl and manage all Data Centre Telecom / ICT / ELV documentation including: \nNetwork architecture diagrams.\nStructured cabling layouts (copper & fiber).\nFiber routing, splice schedules, and core allocation.\nRack layouts, elevation drawings, and labeling schedules.\nELV security system layouts (CCTV, ACS, IDS).\nMethod statements and risk assessments.\nTechnical submittals and material approvals.\nFAT, SAT, IST, and commissioning reports.\nAs-built drawings.\nO&M manuals and asset documentation.\nEnsure strict revision control, traceability, and document status visibility, critical for redundancy validation.\nTier III / IV Compliance & Redundancy Documentation\nMaintain documentation supporting: \n Concurrently Maintainable (Tier III) requirements.\n Fault Tolerant (Tier IV)requirements.\n\nSupport documentation for: \nDual power paths.\nNetwork redundancy (A/B paths).\nFailover testing.\nMaintenance bypass scenarios.\nEnsure document completeness for certification reviews, client technical audits, and operator reviews.\nCommissioning, Testing & Readiness Documentation\nControl and track documentation related to: \nFactory Acceptance Tests (FAT).\nSite Acceptance Tests (SAT).\nIntegrated Systems Testing (IST).\nNetwork and fiber testing reports.\nELV system performance tests.\nEnsure all test records are: \nProperly approved.\nVersion-controlled.\nEasily retrievable for audits and future upgrades.\nSupport Operational Readiness and Go-Livedocumentation requirements.\n\n. Electronic Document Management & Audit Readiness\nAdminister Data Centre documentation via EDMS platforms, such as: \nAconex.\nAutodesk Construction Cloud.\nProcore.\nSharePoint.\nEnsure: \nCorrect metadata and classification.\nFull document history and traceability.\nStructured folders aligned with long-term operations.\nMaintain audit-ready document registers for client, operator, and third-party audits.\nSecurity, Confidentiality & PDPA Compliance\nHandle sensitive documents including: \nNetwork topology diagrams.\nFiber routes and termination details.\nSecurity system layouts.\nEnforce compliance with:\nData Centre security policies.\nClient confidentiality agreements.\nMalaysia PDPA.\nControl access rights and prevent unauthorized disclosure of critical infrastructure documentation.\nAs-Built, Asset Register & Handover Documentation\nCoordinate compilation of final as-built drawingsreflecting: \n\nInstalled network paths.\nRack locations.\nLabeling and identification schemes.\nSupport development of ICT / ELV asset registers for operational use.\nCompile complete handover packages including: \nApproved as-builts.\nTest & commissioning records.\nO&M manuals.\nWarranty and certification documents.\nEnsure documentation is fit for long-term operations, maintenance, and future expansion.\nTechnical & Industry Knowledge\nEssential Knowledge\nStrong understanding of Data Centre ICT & ELV systems, including: \nStructured cabling (TIA-942 concepts)\nFiber management and testing\nNetwork resilience and redundancy\nSecurity and monitoring systems\nFamiliarity with Tier III / Tier IV design principlesand documentation requirements.\n\nAdvantageous Knowledge\nExposure to: \nUptime Institute-aligned documentation practices\nHyperscale or colocation Data Centre environments\nFinancial institution or government Data Centres\nSoftware & Tools\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel for registers and trackers).\nStrong hands-on experience with EDMS platforms.\nConfident in reading and tracking AutoCAD and PDF drawings.\nHighly structured digital filing and naming discipline.\nQualifications\nDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in: \nEngineering\nInformation Technology\nBusiness Administration\nDocument Control or related field\nDocument Control or QA-QC certification is an advantage.\nISO 9001 documentation exposure preferred.\n.
