This internship is designed to provide a comprehensive perspective of company operations, enabling interns to explore different functions and understand how various teams contribute to business success.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist in preparing financial reports, including monthly Profit & Loss statements and balance sheets.\nSupport month end closing activities and ensure all transactions are properly recorded in Bukku.\nPerform data entry of invoices, receipts, and payments in the accounting system.\nAssist in bank reconciliation, petty cash recording, and expense verification.\nHelp monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, including client collections and supplier payments.\nSupport the preparation of management reports for internal review.\nAssist in checking service tax (SST) calculations and related supporting documents.\nParticipate in audit preparation by organizing vouchers and supporting schedules.\nMaintain proper filing and documentation of all finance-related records.\nPerform basic financial analysis and assist in ad-hoc finance tasks assigned by the supervisor.\nLearning Opportunities\nGain exposure to financial reporting and analysis.\nUnderstand accounting standards and internal financial controls.\nLearn to use accounting software (BUKKU).\nUnderstand the workflow, auditing, and financial management within a corporate environment.\nExperience collaboration with finance, HR, and management teams.\nRequirements\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n\nBasic understanding of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.\nGood communication and organizational skills.\nWillingness to learn and take on new tasks.\nAble to work independently and as part of a team.\nRemarks:\nOur office is located at 3-3-1, Cantonment Exchange, 698 Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, 51200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia,
