seeking for Project Engineer for managing and coordinating Telecommunication, ICT, and ELV system projects in Malaysia, ensuring works are executed in compliance with local regulations, approved drawings, project specifications, safety requirements, and client expectations, within agreed timelines and budgets.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProject Planning & Execution\nAssist the Project Manager in project planning, implementation, and coordination of Telecom/ICT/ELV works.\nManage and supervise site activities to ensure construction works follow: \nApproved shop drawings\nMethod statements\nProject specifications and contracts\nAttend project meetings with clients, consultants, main contractors, and authorities.\nTechnical Supervision (ELV / ICT Systems)\nSupervise installation, testing, and commissioning of systems including:\nStructured Cabling System (Copper & Fiber Optic).\nCCTV & Video Surveillance Systems.\nAccess Control System (ACS).\nIntrusion & Alarm Systems.\nPublic Address (PA), Intercom, and Nurse Call Systems.\nMATV / IPTV.\nLAN, Wi-Fi, and Network Infrastructure.\nPABX / IP Telephony Systems.\nIntegration of ELV systems with BMS / IBS (where applicable).\nReview and prepare:\nTechnical submissions.\nMaterial approvals.\nShop drawings (AutoCAD).\nSite Coordination & Supervision:\nCoordinate and supervise subcontractors, installers, and technicians.\nLiaise with other trades (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) to resolve site clashes.\nConduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, workmanship, and safety compliance.\nEnsure compliance with:\n CIDB and DOSH safety requirements.\nCompany HSE policies.\nSite Safety Plans and Toolbox Meetings.\nAuthority & Regulatory Compliance (Malaysia)\nCoordinate submissions and site matters with relevant local authorities and utility providers, where applicable:\n TM (Telekom Malaysia).\n MCMC (Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission).\nLocal councils (PBT).\n Ensure works comply with applicable standards such as:\nTIA/EIA, ISO/IEC.\nSIRIM / Malaysian Standards (MS).\nIndustry best practices for ELV systems.\nTesting, Commissioning & Handover\nCoordinate system testing, commissioning, and acceptance tests.\nPrepare documentation including: \nTest results and commissioning reports.\nAs-built drawings.\nOperation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.\nSupport project handover and client training where required.\nDocumentation & Reporting\nPrepare and maintain: \nDaily / weekly progress reports.\nSite instructions and technical clarifications.\nVariation order (VO) technical support.\nUpdate project progress, risks, and issues to Project Manager.\nJob Requirements:\nDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in: \nElectrical & Electronic Engineering.\nTelecommunication Engineering.\nInformation Technology / Computer Engineering.\nOr equivalent technical discipline.\n1-5 years' experience in Telecom / ICT / ELV project implementation in Malaysia.\nExposure to commercial, residential, industrial, or data center projects is an advantage.\nFresh graduates may be considered for Junior Project Engineer roles.\nTechnical Skills & Knowledge:\nGood understanding of: \nELV system design and installation practices\nFiber optic termination, testing (OTDR basic knowledge preferred)\nPassive and active network components\nSoftware skills: \n AutoCAD (mandatory)\nMS Office\nMS Project / Primavera (advantage)\nCertifications & Licenses (Advantage)\nCIDB Green Card (highly preferred).\nBICSI / FOA certifications.\nSafety certifications (OSHA / DOSH related).\nValid Class D driving licence.\nLanguage & Communication\nProficient in English.\nAble to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia.\nMandarin/Cantonese (advantage, site coordination or
