management, mobile device support, peripherals, service desk functions, and IT support operations across corporate offices and manufacturing facilities.\nManage enterprise infrastructure environments including:\nData Centers / Hybrid IT ecosystems / Cloud platforms (AWS & Microsoft Azure)\nEnterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure / Network security architecture\nWireless and remote connectivity solutions\nEnsure availability, performance, scalability, and reliability of critical business systems.\nOversee technology support and monitoring frameworks for customer-facing contact center operations managed through external partners.\nLead infrastructure modernization initiatives and cloud adoption programs to improve agility, business continuity, and operational efficiency.\nDevelop and implement infrastructure roadmaps aligned with organizational growth and digital transformation goals.\nDrive proactive monitoring, incident management, capacity planning, disaster recovery preparedness, and infrastructure lifecycle management.\n\nInformation Security, Risk Management & Governance\nAs the security leader for the organization, you will establish and strengthen cybersecurity posture while ensuring compliance with internal and external governance requirements.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage Security Operations Center (SOC) and SIEM environments through Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs).\nEnsure strict adherence to security SLAs, incident response timelines, and threat mitigation processes.\nLead enterprise cybersecurity initiatives including:\nThreat Intelligence / Dark Web Monitoring/ Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT)\nSecurity Risk Assessments\nCyber Incident Management\nEndpoint Security\nOwn the implementation and monitoring of IT General Controls (ITGC) and information security best practices.\nPartner with internal and external auditors to drive compliance readiness and successful audit outcomes.\nGovern risk management frameworks, cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.\nConduct organization-wide information security awareness and user training programs.\nEnsure alignment with regulatory, legal, and corporate governance requirements.\nContinuously enhance security maturity through process improvements, technology adoption, and risk mitigation strategies.\n\nPLM Software Support & Manufacturing Technology Integration\nThis role plays a critical part in enabling engineering and manufacturing excellence through effective management of Product Lifecycle Management systems.\nKey Responsibilities:\nEnsure high availability, reliability, and support of PLM applications utilized by R&D, product engineering, and manufacturing teams.\nAct as the primary technology owner for PLM support operations.\nCollaborate with engineering, product development, and manufacturing stakeholders to address business requirements and improve user experience.\nDrive seamless integration between:\nPLM Platforms\nERP Systems\nManufacturing Applications\nEnterprise Data Workflows\nSupport business continuity planning and operational effectiveness across critical effectiveness and financial discipline.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead, coach, and mentor a multidisciplinary technology team comprising:\nInfrastructure Leads\nNetwork Engineers\nEnd-User Computing Engineers\nPLM Support Engineers\nIT Security & Audit Specialists\nEstablish performance metrics and development plans to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.\nManage IT budgets, including:\nCAPEX Planning\nOPEX Management\nCost Optimization Initiatives\nTechnology Investment Evaluation\nDrive financial efficiency while maximizing value from technology investments.\nOwn vendor management processes, including:\nVendor Evaluation\nContract Negotiations\nSLA Governance\nManaged Services Oversight\nBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders, business leaders, technology partners, and external service providers.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\nExperience\n10-15 years of progressive experience in Enterprise IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity Governance, and IT Operations Leadership.\nPrior experience managing multi-location IT environments across corporate offices and manufacturing plants.\nManufacturing, Automotive, Engineering, Industrial, or Mobility industry experience will be highly preferred.\nProven leadership experience managing internal teams and external service partners.\n\nTechnical Expertise\nStrong hands-on and
