quality control measures to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction\nManage and train staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about all aspects of food and beverage service, including menu items, wine pairings, and service etiquette\nMonitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis\nEnsure compliance with health and safety issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner\nRequirements\n Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field\n 3+ years of experience as an Assistant F&B Manager, F&B Manager or similar role\n Extensive knowledge of food and beverage service, including industry trends and best practices\n Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills\n Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities\n Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously\n Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset\n
