destinations.\nResponsibilities\nJoin End User Helpdesk Support Team in the Groups IT Department.\nTechnical support for corporate users of the hotel.\nManage and administer PCs and Laptops (Endpoints remotely and on-site).\nDiagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.\nRefer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions.\nTrack computer system issues through resolution, within agreed time limits.\nEnsure all issues are properly logged.\nPrioritize and manage several open issues at one time.\nFollow up with users to ensure that IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.\nRequirements\n Degree in Computer Science, IT or relevant field is desirable but can be compensated with experience and knowledge\n At least 2 years’ experience as Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role is desirable\n Hands-on experience in MS Windows 7/10/11 (installation and maintenance)\n Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products\n Good understanding of networking (LAN,WAN)\n Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills\n Strong organizational skills and ability to respond to users’ requests within deadlines.\n Team spirit\n Good knowledge of English Language\n Benefits\nCompetitive salary
