Take the next step in your career—apply today!\nOur CNC Repair Technicians are key players in our organization who maintain and repair equipment in a non-foundry manufacturing environment. Your focus will be on safety, quality, and minimizing downtime to ensure maximum production efficiency.\nWhat You'll Do:\nTroubleshoot and resolve electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues; analyze root causes and perform repairs.\nWork with Fanuc or similar robotics systems, CNC controls, programmable logic controllers, and other automation systems.\nDesign, draw, and interpret electrical circuits and schematics.\nUse multimeters to troubleshoot electrical circuits down to the board level.\nReplace electrical components on circuit boards.\nInterpret, write, and test ladder logic programs for programmable controllers.\nPerform data backups and recover equipment from data loss.\nCollaborate with technical support to diagnose failures and document procedures.\nUnderstand and use computerized maintenance management software.\nPerform physical tasks, including working in tight spaces and on slippery surfaces.\nAlign with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.\nTake on additional assignments as needed.\nWhy You'll Love Working with Us:\n$1,000 Hiring Bonus\nIndustry-Leading Benefits\nMedical with HSA, dental, and vision coverage\n401 (k) with company match\nLife insurance and short/long-term disability coverage\nPaid Vacation and Holidays\nWhat We Need from You:\nCertificate from a college or technical school in Automation Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Electronics, or Electro-Mechanical fields, or 3-6 years of relevant experience.\nCNC Maintenance, Fanuc, and Robotics experience required.\nPreferred: Training in general safety, Lockout Tagout, HAZCOM, Forklift safety, Quality System Awareness, and Arc Flash.\nGood attendance is essential for this role.\nGrede is proud to support transitioning service members and current military veterans with career opportunities that are a match for their skills gained while serving our country.
