Ensure all safety, quality, and productivity processes and procedures are followed within areas of responsibility.\n2nd or 3rd shift position. Salary offered: $65K annually\n\nWhat You'll Do:\nExhibit superior safety practices every day, evidenced by outstanding housekeeping at all times.\nExtend treatment to all other employees of the Company as individuals with courtesy and dignity shown to customers.\nExceed customer quality and service expectations through attention to detail.\nExercise maximum care to protect the environment by fostering and supporting responsible operating procedures.\nSupervise, plan, and coordinate cleaning room operations on assigned shift to maintain production schedules and quality and cost standards and to maximize efficiency.\nEnsure quality of work, efficient material and workflow, proper use and care of equipment and machines, and proper application of production methods. \nSelect and train employees in cleaning room operations.\nEvaluate work performance and counsel and coach employees to maintain safe and efficient work performance. \nOrganize and assign work to utilize employees’ knowledge, skills, and abilities to the best advantage to expedite work schedules and obtain efficient work performance.\nMaintain close observation over operations, guiding employees concerning proper cleaning and finishing methods.\nMaintain adequate supply of raw materials, production supplies, and tools to support continuous operations.\nMaintain related inventory records as required.\nEnsure tools and equipment are maintained in proper working order.\nAnalyze equipment or machine problems, quality problems, and production delays, expediting repairs and/or corrective actions to minimize downtime and work schedule interruption.\nCoordinate equipment repair with the maintenance department, as required.\nMaintain open communications with employees and work with employees to mutually resolve problems to enhance morale and promote a union-free environment. \nMaintain conformance with Company policies, work rules, and regulations, coaching employees and/or initiating disciplinary actions, as required. \nMaintain awareness of improved operational methods, production processes, or equipment that improve quality and efficiency and reduce costs. \nEnforce the proper use of safety equipment and maintain departmental housekeeping to produce a safe work environment.\nCoach employees to reinforce safe work practices.\nMaintain communication with other cleaning room shifts and with other departments to promote efficient operations. \nSecure proper tools for each task.\nCommunicate suggestions and recommend solutions to problems to provide for an efficient operation.\nApproach work assignments in a positive manner and function as a team member.\nPerform other assignments as may be requested.\n\nWhy You'll Love Working for Us:\nCompany Match – 401K Program\nMedical and Dental Insurance\nPaid Vacation and Holidays\nCompany-Provided Short- and Long-Term Disability\n\nWhat We Need from You:\nRequires a high school diploma and additional courses, or equivalent. \nThree to five years’ experience.\nSupervise diversified work.
