The Industrial Automation Technician owns the process for preventive and breakdown maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting. You'll perform general diagnostics and programming of PLCs using an understanding of PLC operations. This position handles the installation, diagnostics, programming, and repair of robotic equipment as well as the safe and timely installation and maintenance of electrical control systems. You'll have the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively with other departments to identify, define, and solve problems. What You'll Do: Assist in the design and installation of electrical systems on machines and equipment with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) Assist in the diagnosis and design of electrical equipment for installation.
