On-site expectations may evolve over time to support business needs, with clear communication provided in advance.\n\n JOB DESCRIPTION\nLead Engineer, Software Development (Green Dot Corporation; Cincinnati, OH): Perform coding and code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing. Ensure quality deliverables/releases, and adhere to the established Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) guidelines. Gather and verify technical requirements. Develop and review technical designs, defining and implementing best practices for the architectural direction of the designs. Establish on-time and on-budget project goals. Advise on risk assessment and risk management strategies for projects. Plan and coordinate project schedules and create project assignments. Act as the primary technical liaison for the team to resolve team related issues. Provide technical testing evaluation estimates on various projects. Work directly with the peer functional leadership and business owners. Address small groups on technical subjects and demonstrate systems.
