This role will lead the buildout of features and enhancements to a partner platform by helping define, prioritize, and deliver partner and market requirements for API-based integrations, and work closely with internal and external teams to ensure all partner and internal stakeholder requirements are met. This role will work closely with Business leaders, Product, Risk, Legal/Compliance, Operations and Engineering to develop customer journeys and user experience, and success metrics.\nResponsibilities\nDesigns, develops and manages activities for GreenDot’s partner products and services from product definition and planning through production, release, and account management.\nLeads all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, migrations, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line for the partnership.\nManages the delivery of continuous and effective services and ensures project completion is within budget and in accordance with contract requirements.\nAnalyzes product requirements and develops appropriate programs to ensure they’re successfully delivered.\nWorks closely with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps.\nTriage product defects and ensure proper ownership and delegation towards resolutions.\nCollaborates closely with development, QA, and Account Management teams.\nManages compliance with all IT governance standards through approved tools, templates, policies, procedures, and process leanings.\nPerforms other duties as needed.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred.\n5+ year experience with payments and money movement required including: 5+ years working in Fintech, or Banking technology industries with working knowledge of payments and consumer financial services. \n3+ years implementing and/or supporting ACH (RDFI and ODFI) processing including understanding of the NACHA file format. \n3+ years implementing and/or supporting instant payments (OCT, AFT, Ecommerce, etc). \n\nOther payments experience highly desired including: Prior experience implementing and/or supporting payment rails with MasterCard Send, Visa Direct, and/or Fiserv. \nExperience implementing RTP/FedNow. \nPayment Processor knowledge (PTS, First Data etc) and understanding of ISO 20022 messaging standards\n\nExperience in managing an API-based B2B services.\nExcellent teamwork skills.\nStrong ability to influence cross-functional teams.\nWorking knowledge of Jira.\nWorking knowledge of FinTech products and services preferred.\nStrong written and oral communication skills.\nPOSITION TYPE\nRegularPAY RANGE\nThe targeted base salary for this position is $109,300 to $163,900 per year.
