As the organization's senior expert in performance marketing, the role owns multi-channel budgets and results, shapes marketing priorities with senior leadership, and partners with Product, Analytics, Creative and Compliance teams so that all campaigns meet business goals and regulatory requirements.\n\nKey responsibilities\nSet the strategy and roadmap for paid acquisition across search, social, display, affiliate and app channels.\n\nOwn the full paid media budget and forecasts, and allocate and optimize spend across channels against targets such as CAC, ROAS, conversion rate and customer lifetime value.\n\nLead the testing and experimentation program, including A/B and multivariate tests on audiences, creative, landing pages and bidding strategies.\n\nPresent performance, insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, and shape marketing investment decisions.\n\nDefine the measurement approach with Analytics, including attribution, tracking and incrementality testing.\n\nPartner with Creative and Product teams on messaging, landing pages and the customer acquisition journey.\n\nWork with Legal and Compliance so marketing content meets financial services advertising and privacy requirements.\n\nLead strategic relationships with agencies, ad platforms and marketing technology vendors.\n\nIdentify and drive adoption of new channels, platform changes and tools, including AI-driven optimization.\n\nMentor and guide other marketers, and serve as the go-to expert on performance marketing across the organization.\n\nQualificationsRequired:\n\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n\n10+ years of performance or digital marketing experience, including owning multi-million-dollar paid media budgets across multiple channels.\n\nHands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn and programmatic tools.\n\nStrong analytical skills, with experience in Google Analytics, Excel and BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.\n\nDeep expertise in attribution models, funnel metrics and experimentation design.\n\nProven ability to influence senior leaders and turn data into clear strategic recommendations.\n\nTrack record of mentoring or leading other marketers.\n\nPreferred:\n\nExperience in financial services, fintech or another regulated industry.\n\nFamiliarity with marketing compliance and privacy requirements.\n\nExperience with SQL, marketing automation or customer data platforms.\n\nExperience with app install and mobile acquisition campaigns.\n\n**Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship**\nPOSITION TYPE\nRegularPAY RANGE\nThe targeted base salary for this position is $118,400 to $177,600 per year.
