Familiarity with PHP is an advantage.\nGenAI and AI-Assisted Development: Familiarity with Generative AI tools and AI coding assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar) to generate, debug, test, and improve code. Experience with vibe coding or AI-powered application builders is an advantage.\nAPI and Data Integration: Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and connecting applications or AI services. Exposure to workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make, or similar platforms is an advantage.\nDatabase and Version Control: Basic knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, and familiarity with Git or other version control tools.\nProblem-Solving and Learning Agility: Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues, validate AI-generated outputs, and learn new technologies quickly. Able to turn business problems into simple, working digital solutions.\nCommunication and Collaboration: Good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work with business users, project teams, and external technology vendors.
