Provides a single point of contact for all program-related inquiries. Facilitates interdepartmental cohesiveness between engineering, certification, supply chain and operations and coordinates the activities of other companies, vendors, or individuals by performing the following duties.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nProvides high-value clients with a direct point of contact for contracts which are technical and prototype in nature.\nResponsible for comprehending the Statement of Work and contract for assigned projects and ensuring that both GTI and the client comply with both.\nResponsible for communicating concise and comprehensive program statuses and priorities to the program team. S.) in Engineering or a related discipline, a minimum of 10 years relevant experience and/or training. Aerospace background and aircraft interior industry experience required. PMP certification preferred. \nEmployees working on programs subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations must qualify as a US Person which is defined as a US Citizen, a Permanent Resident who does not work for a foreign company/foreign government/foreign governmental agency or organization, or a political asylee for legal compliance purposes.\n\nRequired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities\nWorking knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS).\nDemonstrated usage of risk & opportunity management process.\nWorking familiarity with technical and contract requirements management process.\nDemonstrated experience with Accounting, Database and Project Management software.\nAbility to work well independently and cross-functionally as part of an established and growing team.\nProven ability to use situational leadership to get desired results.\nStrong organization, communication, time-management, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to influence, persuade and negotiate.\nAbility to inspire and motivate individuals across an organization.\nMust possess broad technical and certification knowledge.\nUtilizes a holistic problem-solving approach to situations.\nAbility to read, analyze and interpret complex documents. \nAbility to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.\nAbility to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management or project teams.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications.\nAbility to sit for extended periods of time, use hands to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and have close/color vision ability to adjust focus.\nAbility to travel as required.\nAbility to work outside of core business hours as required.\nThe expected WA salary range for this position is between $134,000.00 - $184,000.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, location, and other factors permitted by law.
