Reporting to the Director of Account Management, this role is responsible for cultivating strong, long-term relationships with Advisors and clients while effectively managing, servicing, and retaining an assigned portfolio of group benefits accounts. The Account Manager serves as a trusted partner and advocate for GreenShield, ensuring exceptional service delivery and high levels of client satisfaction across their portfolio. Achieve financial objectives related to the growth, retention, and profitability of an assigned block of business. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of solutions aligned with client needs, objectives, and plan requirements.
