Ensure completion and set up including billing, payment and benefit packages delivered before go live date.\nProject-based work that ensures the client’s expectations are met during transition with all issues being resolved quickly. With the support of the Implementation Manager, monitors the group in month one for any unexpected administration or claim issues. Performs multiple system coding and data quality checks using validation and reports to ensure the set-up completion of group and employee data in administration and claiming platform is accurate.\nEscalates rate discrepancies immediately to Implementation Manager and tracks resolution. Completes project deliverables including member welcome packages and Plan Administrator kits as required. Be the primary point of contact, provide excellent service and build relationships with advisors and their clients; provide face to face consultation to advisors and clients on suite of products.\nEnsure the timely and successful delivery of solutions based on client needs and objectives. Liaise between clients and internal teams and is responsible for keeping the clients satisfied.
