Als Lead Engineer Automation begleitest Du unsere Verstellpropellersysteme über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus: von der technischen Angebotserstellung, Engineering, Systemtests und Kundenabnahmen bis zur Inbetriebnahme und Probefahrt auf See. Im High-End-Segment entwickeln wir maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für anspruchsvolle Kunden. Du bist auch für die technische Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei Modernisierungen und Serviceprojekten zuständig und übernimmst die fachliche Leitung eines kleinen Teams.

**Deine Anforderungen:**

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder Automatisierungstechnik.

- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Automatisierungstechnik.

- Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von SPS- und Visualisierungssystemen.

- Sicherer Umgang mit EPLAN und MS Office.

- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und Reisebereitschaft.
