Brand-name financial institutions already rely on Greenboard - and we’re growing fast.\nAbout the Role\nAs a Business Development Representative at Greenboard, you’ll be the tip of the spear for our go-to-market motion, generating pipeline and creating the first conversations that turn financial institutions and regulated businesses into customers. You’ll research target accounts, craft compelling outbound, and turn evolving compliance pain points into qualified opportunities for our Account Executives.\nYou’ll help shape the outbound playbook in real time, set the tone and energy for a growing sales team, and operate with significant autonomy. Success in this role means creating momentum from ambiguity, opening doors with senior compliance and finance stakeholders, and consistently converting research and outreach into qualified pipeline.\nThis is a full-time, on-site role at our NoMad, NYC office.\nWhat You’ll Work On\nGenerate qualified pipeline through high-volume, high-quality outbound across SMB, mid-market and enterprise accounts - cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and strategic sequences\n\nResearch target accounts and personas to craft personalized outreach that resonates with finance, compliance, legal, and operations leaders\n\nRun initial discovery conversations to identify pain, qualify fit, and book meetings that convert into opportunities for Account Executives\n\nPartner closely with Account Executives and leadership to refine targeting, messaging, and outbound strategy\n\nHelp shape Greenboard’s GTM motion by testing outbound plays, maintaining clean CRM data, and feeding market insights back into the business\n\nWho Are You?\nHighly resourceful and self-directed, you thrive in ambiguity and don’t wait for perfect processes to exist\n\nResilient and energized by outbound, you’re undeterred by rejection and motivated by activity and results\n\nClear, concise communicator who builds rapport quickly with both executives and operators\n\nNaturally curious about financial infrastructure, compliance, and how modern businesses manage operational risk\n\nCompetitive, accountable, and excited to help build something from the ground up - including a brand-new office\n\nQualifications\nRequired\n1-3 years of experience in a customer facing, sales, business development, or pipeline-generation role (fintech, compliance, or B2B SaaS experience is a plus)\n\nProven ability to generate meetings and pipeline independently through outbound prospecting and creative, relationship-driven outreach\n\nComfortable with high-volume outbound activity -
