The problems are real ones: building AI agents to detect insider trading, scaling message archiving systems that handle tens of millions of messages per day, and designing the data infrastructure underneath both.\nThis is not a rotational program and there is no training track. You'll own features end to end, talk to customers about what you're building, and get direct feedback from engineers who have scaled products at Amazon, Google, and multiple unicorn startups.
