long-term value. \nWhat You'll Do \nDefine Technology Strategy and Drive Execution \nPartner directly with the CEO and executive leadership team to establish technology priorities aligned with business objectives. \nDevelop and execute a technology roadmap that balances modernization, innovation, scalability, security, and operational needs. \nEvaluate technology investments, organizational capabilities, and competing priorities to determine where resources will create the greatest impact. \nTranslate complex business challenges into clear technical strategies, execution plans, and measurable outcomes. \nEstablish performance measures that improve visibility into engineering productivity, delivery quality, reliability, and business impact. \nProvide independent, evidence-based recommendations and constructively challenge assumptions when better alternatives exist. \nLead Architecture, Modernization, and Scale \nProvide technical and architectural leadership across cloud infrastructure, applications, data platforms, and enterprise integrations. \nEvaluate existing architecture, identify technical limitations and risks, and establish a practical modernization strategy. \nLead architectural decisions involving scalability, reliability, security, performance, cost, and delivery speed. \nWork closely with engineering leaders and architects to evaluate design progressive experience in technology, engineering, architecture, or related leadership roles, including substantial responsibility for technology strategy and organizational performance. \nDemonstrated experience leading engineering and data teams responsible for business-critical applications, platforms, and products. \nDirect leadership of production cloud environments, modern data platforms, and complex application architectures. \nExperience evaluating architectural designs, directing technical decisions, and managing tradeoffs involving scalability, reliability, security, cost, and performance. \nSuccessful delivery of technology modernization, platform transformation, or significant architectural improvements. \nExperience building and leading high-performing technical organizations, including developing leaders, evaluating talent, and addressing organizational performance. \nDemonstrated ability to connect technology investments to business outcomes such as revenue growth, operating efficiency, customer experience, risk reduction, or scalability. \nExperience establishing technology roadmaps, delivery standards, engineering KPIs, and operational accountability. \nExperience implementing AI-enabled solutions, automation, or emerging technologies that produce measurable improvements. \nExperience partnering with senior executives and
