Responsible for the quality of the coils coming off the winders. Provides assistance to the foreman. Monitors and records correlation of strapping produced to product specifications. Performs preventive maintenance by changing the filters on the drying system and maintaining winders for proper functionality.\nRequirements\n· Sets up winders by changing cams, gears and arms during product changes and fixes issues with winders.\n· Focus on wind and strap quality. Communicate with the foreman or maintenance if needing help.\n· Keep work area clean, area swept, strap kept off the floor, trash cans emptied, winders cleared off.
