Manage inventory levels and inventory accounting processes to optimize inventory turnover and minimize carrying costs.\nInvestigate inventory discrepancies, material losses, excess stock, and obsolete inventory.\nSupport inventory cycle counts and periodic physical inventory reconciliations.\nMonitor and analyze costs and expenses across various operational areas.\nIdentify opportunities to reduce costs and improve cost efficiency without sacrificing quality or service levels.\nDevelop and implement cost control measures and initiatives to achieve financial targets.\nServe as a trusted advisor to operational leaders, providing financial guidance and support as needed.\nProvide financial insights, performance metrics, and analysis to senior management to help drive strategic decision-making and performance improvements.\nPrepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to assess financial performance against targets.\nDevelop dashboards and KPI reports to communicate performance.\nLead or participate in cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive operational excellence.\nMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process changes and initiatives, making adjustments as needed.\nFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the finance team.\nCoach and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.\nRequirements\nWork Experience - minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting with responsibility for cost accounting. \nBachelor's in accounting.
