This is a varied role combining sales, customer service and account development, where you'll have the opportunity to build strong customer relationships, maximise sales and make a real difference.\nYou'll also receive cross-training across both our Customer Sales and Customer Care teams. This means you'll gain experience managing customer orders as well as supporting delivery queries, resolving issues and handling complaints, giving you a broader understanding of our customers' needs.\n Your role will include:\nMaking outbound calls to customers to take orders and identify opportunities to increase sales.\n\nHandling inbound calls professionally, providing excellent customer service and building lasting relationships.\n\nPromoting offers, upselling products and working towards sales targets.\n\nSupporting customers with delivery queries, questions and complaints as part of your Customer Care training.\n\nCompleting administrative tasks accurately, using systems including Excel and Outlook.\n\nIdentifying potential new customers and supporting account growth.\n\nWorking collaboratively with colleagues to deliver shared team goals\n\nWhat you'll bring…\nPrevious experience in customer service, sales or administration.\n\nStrong communication skills and the confidence to build positive customer relationships over the phone.\n\nA sales-driven mindset, with the motivation to achieve targets and spot opportunities.\n\nGood IT and organisational skills, particularly using Excel and Outlook.\n\nA positive, resilient attitude, with the ability to manage busy periods and handle challenging conversations professionally.\n\nA flexible, team-focused approach and a willingness to learn across different areas of the business.\n\nYou don't need to know everything from day one.
