With bags of character, a loyal customer base and the charm you'd expect from a traditional Chef & Brewer pub, it's a brilliant place to build your next chapter.\nWe're looking for a Head Chef who can take ownership of the kitchen, inspire their team and help us deliver the quality food and warm hospitality that our guests come back for.\n What you'll be doing\nYou'll take the lead in our kitchen, making sure every service runs smoothly and every dish leaves the kitchen to the standard our customers expect.\nYou'll be responsible for leading, coaching and developing your kitchen team, creating a positive environment where people can learn, grow and perform at their best.\nYou'll take ownership of food quality, kitchen standards, stock control and costs, while making sure we consistently deliver great pub food.\nYou'll work closely with the General Manager and wider pub team, bringing ideas to the table and helping drive the overall success of the business.\nAnd when things get busy, you'll be the calm, confident leader your team can rely on.\n What we're looking for\nWe're looking for an experienced Chef who is ready to take ownership of a kitchen and make their mark.\nYou'll have experience leading a kitchen team and be confident running a busy service. You'll care about quality and consistency, have a good understanding of kitchen costs and standards, and know how to get the best from the people around you.\nMost importantly, you'll have a real passion for food and hospitality.
