# RF Engineer (M/F) – Internship

Join Greenerwave, a pioneering company in the field of reconfigurable intelligent surfaces (RIS). As an RF Engineer intern, you will evaluate the performance of our RIS by linking metasurface metrics with those of the beamforming system. You will review existing characterisation methods, select relevant metrics, define measurement methods, and conduct initial measurements and analysis. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a cutting-edge technology and contribute to a more sustainable future. Missions Review the characterisation work already carried out on metasurfaces and conduct a review of the scientific literature on methods and metrics for characterising RIS operating in reflection mode. Investigate the relationships between the performance metrics of the metasurface and those of the beamforming system, select relevant metrics, and define characterisation methods suited to the selected metrics. Carry out initial measurements using the defined methods, analyse the results to identify relationships between the performance observed for the metasurface and the beamformer.
