As part of this journey, we are partnering with multiple third-party vendors and implementation teams, each responsible for different components of the program.\n\nWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to serve as the central point of coordination across these workstreams. This role will bring together project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions and action items from multiple vendor systems to create one clear, consolidated view of the overall program.\n\nThis individual will help keep internal teams and external partners aligned, provide leadership with visibility into progress, and ensure important actions and dependencies do not fall through the cracks. The ideal candidate enjoys bringing order to complexity, works confidently across multiple stakeholder groups, and is motivated by helping teams move work forward.\n\nWhat You'll Do\nCoordinate Project Activities Across Multiple Workstreams\nAct as a central coordination point across Dynamics 365 ERP, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Dycotrade, DynamicWeb, integration initiatives, and related project workstreams.\nHelp ensure resource activities, milestones, deliverables, and timelines remain aligned across internal teams and external implementation partners.\nFacilitate communication and collaboration between project managers, workstream leads, core team, and vendors.\nManage Dependencies, Schedules, and Resource Coordination\nMonitor project schedules to identify cross-workstream dependencies, sequencing requirements, resource conflicts, and potential schedule impacts.\nCoordinate milestone planning and key project activities across multiple teams and vendors.\nEnsure schedule changes, delays, and updates are communicated and reflected across dependent workstreams.\nHighlight risks or conflicts that may impact testing, training, data migration, cutover, readiness, or go-live activities.\nSupport Project Reporting and Governance\nCollect, organize, and consolidate status updates, action items, risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies from multiple project teams.\nPrepare project reports, dashboards, meeting materials, and other documentation to support project leadership and governance activities.\nMaintain project tracking tools, action logs, dependency logs, and related project documentation.\nSupport Change Management and Production Readiness Activities\nCoordinate documentation, status updates, approvals, and follow-up activities required to support Greenfield's internal IT change management and change control processes.\nPrepare and maintain documentation required for change reviews, implementation approvals, deployment activities, and production readiness assessments.\nHelp ensure all required tasks, approvals, testing evidence, implementation documentation, and deployment activities are completed to support the successful promotion of changes into production environments.\nAssist project teams in tracking readiness activities and meeting required implementation and deployment milestones.\nImprove Project Coordination and Visibility\nSupport the development of consistent project tracking, reporting, and coordination practices across workstreams.\nIdentify opportunities to improve communication, organization, and visibility across the ERP Phase 2 program.\nHelp ensure important commitments, deliverables, and follow-up actions remain visible and do not fall through the cracks.\nSalary Range: $100,000–$125,000 CAD \nAbout You\n3 to 6 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, project administration, or project management roles.\nExperience supporting ERP, technology, business transformation, or multi-workstream projects is preferred.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nDemonstrated ability to coordinate activities across internal teams, external partners, and multiple stakeholders.\nExcellent attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to identify relationships, dependencies, and potential risks across multiple projects.\nAbility to synthesize information from multiple sources and communicate it clearly and concisely.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nComfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.\nTechnical Skills\nHighly proficient with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and related collaboration tools.\nExperience maintaining project schedules, action logs, risk registers, issue logs, dependency trackers, and status reporting.\nExposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP implementations is considered an asset.\nFamiliarity with project management methodologies and PMO practices is considered an asset.\nUnderstanding of IT change management, deployment processes, release management, or production support processes is considered an asset.\nCAPM certification or progress toward PMP certification is considered an asset.\nHow You Work\nYou
