\nJob Responsibilities: \nProject Planning: \nDevelop a feasible plan that achieves the goals and objectives of the project and aligns with the organization’s overall business strategy \nAssemble / Lead Project Team: \nTake leadership role with new or existing project team and assign tasks and deadlines providing the tools to collaborate effectively \nTime Management: \nDefine, schedule, and accurately estimate project task durations to develop and maintain a realistic project schedule \nResource Management: \nIdentify and deploy human, financial, and material resources to achieve project deliverables \nStakeholder Management: \nCommunicate with project stakeholders on a regular basis reporting progress while being open to feedback to meet the desired outcome \nRisk Management: \nIdentify, communicate, and address issues in a timely manner to minimize risk to the company and project \nMonitoring Progress: \nMeasure progress and compare against project milestones to determine if adjustments or corrective actions are required \nReporting and Documentation: \nEstablish reporting and documentation tools that meet all regulatory requirements to effectively communicate with project teams and stakeholders \nDetermine and define project scope and objectives through collaboration with Commercial Team, Quality Unit, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Operations, and other supporting departments as necessary \nUtilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution \nAnalyze and determine resources needed to meet project objectives \nManage resources in an effective and efficient manner \nDevelop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan \nEstablish and coordinate project team member activity \nLead and support teams as needed to meet deliverables \nSupport the project initiator with business case and budget development to achieve management approval \nProvide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders detailing strategy, changes, and progress \nCoordinate with internal resources to effectively communicate and assign tasks to vendors and suppliers \nImplement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs \nEvaluate and assess the result of the project to better manage future projects \nTrack and report project costs to meet budget \nYour Experience Should Include: \nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification \nMicrosoft Project for the Web Proficiency \nBachelor's degree in engineering, science or business is preferred \nA minimum of 5 years of project management experience (preferably in pharmaceutical or chemical plants) \nExperience with Batch Processing & Packaging of hazardous materials including flammable liquids/solvents, corrosives, and combustible powders is preferred \nBasic knowledge of ISO9001 and applicable regulatory and GMP requirements \nHighest regard and respect for employees, customers, and suppliers \nExperience working effectively within cross-boundary relationships \nSelf-directed team player with experience and proven record of project management and achieving results through others \nOpen and straight-forward communication style at all levels \nPromotes the communication of clear expectations, performance standards and accountability at all levels \nMust possess excellent written and verbal communication skills \nExhibit exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks and projects \nComfortable presenting detailed/complex information to various levels of the organisation. \nMonitor and report on project performance, status, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.\nManage changes in project scope, schedule and budget ensuring implications are clearly communicated to senior management and stakeholders.\nConduct project reviews and lessons learned to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.\nProvide leadership and management of projects from start to finish, through strong collaboration with team and focus on ensuring successful projects that satisfy scope, budget and timeline.\nCreate an inclusive and innovative environment for your project teams.\nContribute to improvement of Greenfield Global NPE, NPI and Process Improvement processes.\nTrain and knowledge share on site on NPE, NPI & Process Improvement processes.\nAdhere to safety policies, procedures and Regulations as applicable to site.\nManage NPE/NPI projects using the process and tools of the Greenfield Global NPE/NPI system.\nProcess improve using established Six Sigma and Lean processes and tools.\nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans that track status and identify risks and opportunities.\nBachelor's Degree in a Science Related Discipline.\nCertification in Project Management desirable.\nGMP experience required and knowledge of ISO/IPEC regulations are an
