We’re always looking for people who can bring new talents and experience to our team. \n\nWho You Are: \nSkills, Education and Qualifications:\nCompletion of post-secondary education in a trade or business background with focus on purchasing.\nMinimum of three years’ relevant work experience.\nExperience with CMMS such as Maximo system would be an asset.\nExperience reading and using P&ID drawings.\nResourceful and practical, with demonstrated problem solving and decision-making capabilities.\nStrong organizational skills paired with an ability to manage multiple priorities with competing demands.\nKnowledge of D365 systems is considered an asset.\n\nPersonal Qualities:\nDemonstrate commitment to safety, environmental practices, production targets, and quality standards \nTeam-oriented with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments\nSelf-motivated individual who can self-direct workload and priorities to create efficiencies, and can anticipate future obstacles and act to resolve issues within their scope of responsibility\nPossesses Company values of Honesty, Integrity, Respect and Commitment coupled with the ability to accept and drive change. \n\nJob Responsibilities: \nPurchasing, Procurement and Accounts Payable Coordination\nCoordinate and administer purchasing and procurement activities for maintenance, production, quality, shipping, capital projects, and other operational requirements in accordance with Greenfield policies and procedures.\nPrepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders for materials, equipment, spare parts, tools, chemicals, services, and other site requirements.\nCoordinate site-level Accounts Payable activities, including invoice review, approval verification, documentation management, and submission for payment processing.\nReconcile invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and supporting documentation to support accurate and timely payment processing.\nLiaise with vendors, internal stakeholders, department managers, corporate finance, and other corporate departments to resolve discrepancies, support vendor compliance, and maintain accurate purchasing and accounts payable records.\n\nInventory and Asset Management\nMaintain accurate inventory records and controls for spare parts, maintenance materials, and related stockroom items.\nMonitor inventory levels and support replenishment activities to ensure critical spare parts and operational materials are available to meet business requirements.\nCoordinate inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities, investigating discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions as required.\nMaintain and update inventory, purchasing, and asset information within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).\n\nSystems, Compliance and Continuous Improvement\nMaintain purchasing, inventory, and asset management records in compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal control requirements.\nSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of inventory management, purchasing, and maintenance administration processes.\nParticipate in cross-functional improvement initiatives, audits, and operational projects as required.\nComply with all applicable Quality, Food Safety, Environmental, Energy, GMP, Health & Safety, and regulatory requirements applicable to the position.\n\nTotal Compensation & Care: \nBase salary dependent on experience and demonstrated performance – $60,000–$80,000\nFormal and informal training opportunities \nComprehensive health and dental benefits \nIncome protection: short- and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, paid personal sick time \nVacation time exceeding industry standards \nCompany funded retirement savings program with individual contribution opportunities \nMeaningful and challenging work \nCurated intentional culture focused on growth and development, engagement, and communication \n\nAbout Us \nWe own and operate five distilleries, four specialty chemical manufacturing and packaging plants, and three next-generation biofuel and renewable energy R&D centers.
