You will help professionalize our tender management approach and ensure we deliver high-quality, competitive proposals efficiently and consistently.\nYou will own the end-to-end bid process, working closely with Sales Directors and colleagues across Customer Solutions, Product and other departments. Sales retains ownership of customer relationships and commercial strategy; you drive bid planning, coordination, proposal quality and timely submission.\nBeyond individual bids, you will strengthen our way of working through reusable content, a reliable knowledge base, AI-enabled automation, and insights from tender outcomes and customer requirements.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn end-to-end bid execution, from requirements review and planning to response preparation, quality checks and timely submission.\n\nSupport Sales with bid qualification, priorities, competitive positioning and compelling proposal development.\n\nCoordinate input and reviews across Sales, Customer Solutions, Product, Legal and other experts, ensuring responses are accurate and approved by the relevant owners.\n\nStandardize and improve bid workflows, responsibilities and quality controls, using AI and automation to reduce repetitive work.\n\nMaintain a structured library of approved tender responses, product information, and supporting sales documentation.\n\nAnalyze bid outcomes, recurring requirements and solution gaps, sharing actionable insights with Sales, Solutions and Product.\n\nYou have\n1-2 years of experience in bid or proposal management, preferably in B2B SaaS, technology or enterprise software.\n\nStrong organizational and project management skills, including managing multiple bids, stakeholders, and deadlines.\n\nExcellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, persuasive proposals.\n\nCommercial awareness, analytical thinking, and a proactive, hands-on approach.\n\nExperience with process improvement and knowledge management; familiarity with AI-enabled bid tools is an advantage.\n\nExcellent spoken and written English; experience in EV charging, mobility or energy is a plus.\n\nOur offer\nWorking at GreenFlux means working in a dynamic, innovative, and informal organization, where innovative ideas and developments flow quickly, and each day brings new opportunities and challenges.
