We are looking for a dedicated Scrum Master to strengthen our team and help us achieve our goals.\nAs a Scrum Master at GreenFlux, you will play a crucial role in elevating our teams toward ‘team-of-teams’ Scrum practices. Together with your colleagues, you will work closely with all seven teams in our development department to ensure effective collaboration and drive continuous improvement. Your expertise in agile methodologies combined with your ability to foster a positive team environment will be key to our success.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\nFacilitate, teach, and improve scrum events at product and team level, e.g., multi-team product backlog refinements, sprint planning, sprint reviews, team daily scrums, team retrospectives, and overall retrospectives.\n\nCoach and mentor team members to further adopt agile principles and practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization.\n\nSupport continuous improvement of the product development organization.\n\nFoster a collaborative and self-improving environment, encouraging open communication and transparency.\n\nWork closely with the Product Owner and Heads of Engineering, to help with product backlog management, stakeholder management, tech debt resolution, and value maximization.\n\nDefine, track, and analyze key metrics to monitor business outcomes and supporting organizational performance metrics in collaboration with our Product team.\n\nSupport teams in adopting modern engineering practices.\n\nYou have\nProven experience as a Scrum Master, at least 3 years, preferably in a large-scale enterprise agile environment.\n\nStrong understanding of Scrum and agile principles.\n\nKnowledge of/or even experience with the Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) framework is a plus.\n\nExcellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage conflicts, be emphatic, and a servant leadership attitude.\n\nExperience with agile tools and collaboration software (e.g., Azure DevOps, Notion, Miro).\n\nHaving a software engineering background is a plus.\n\nOur offer\nWorking at GreenFlux means working in a dynamic, innovative, and informal organization, where innovative ideas and developments flow quickly, and each day brings new opportunities and challenges.
