You will work closely with Infrastructure, Development, Operations and Product teams to improve deployment processes, strengthen Infrastructure as Code practices, increase reusability, and support secure and scalable cloud platform operations.\nThis is a hands-on senior engineering role for someone who can not only maintain existing solutions, but also challenge current ways of working, propose improvements, and help drive technical standardization across teams. You can explain technical concepts clearly, document your work properly, and ask the right critical questions when needed.\nYou should be confident in taking ownership of technical topics, while also understanding the importance of alignment, reusability, security and maintainability.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSupport, maintain and improve our Azure DevOps environment, with a strong focus That ion automation, scalability, standardization and security.\n\nDesign, implement and maintain reusable CI/CD pipelines using YAML, ensuring consistency and efficiency across projects.\n\nImprove pipeline consistency across projects, including multi-repository pipeline patterns and reusable pipeline components.\n\nApply Infrastructure as Code practices using Bicep, with a strong focus on module reusability, maintainability and standardization.\n\nContribute to the modernization of deployment processes across multiple products and teams.\n\nContribute to the adoption of Managed Identity across Azure resources and deployment workflows.\n\nWork on Azure networking topics such as VNets, VPN Gateway, Private Link and Private DNS zones.\n\nDeploy, configure and manage Azure cloud infrastructure, including services such as App Service, Key Vault, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Storage Accounts and Service Bus.\n\nDevelop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate operational tasks, deployment workflows and recurring infrastructure activities.\n\nSupport secure access management and identity-related improvements across Azure and Azure DevOps.\n\nCollaborate with development teams to troubleshoot Azure DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure and deployment-related issues.\n\nContribute to technical documentation, best practices and infrastructure standards.\n\nStay up to date with Azure and Azure DevOps best practices, continuously driving innovation and improvement within the infrastructure team.\n\nQualifications\n\nSenior-level hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Azure cloud services.\n\nStrong experience with YAML pipelines, CI/CD automation and Azure DevOps platform usage.\n\nProven experience with Infrastructure as Code using Bicep, designing reusable IaC modules and promoting standardization across teams.\n\nGood knowledge of Azure networking concepts, including VNets, VPN Gateway, DNS, Private Link and related connectivity patterns.\n\nGood understanding of Managed Identity and identity-based access patterns in Azure.\n\nHands-on experience with Azure services such as App Service, Key Vault, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Storage Accounts and Service Bus.\n\nStrong PowerShell scripting skills.\n\nGood understanding of security, access management and least privilege principles.\n\nExcellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work across infrastructure, development and operations topics.\n\nStrong communication skills and professional fluency in English, both written and verbal.\n\nA structured, precise and documentation-minded way of working.\n\nA sustainable mindset!\n\nNice to have\n\nExperience with containerization and AKS.\n\nMicrosoft Azure and/or Azure DevOps certifications, such as AZ-400, AZ-305 or similar.\n\nOur offer\nWorking at GreenFlux means working in a dynamic, innovative, and informal organization, where new ideas and developments move quickly, and each day brings new opportunities and challenges.\nWe are proud to have an international and inclusive team, so we also offer Visa sponsorship to expats.
