Visit our Perks & Benefits page for more information on these offerings:\nHealth & Family Support\nFinancial Security\nLearning & Development\nRewards & Recognition\nWellbeing & Mental Health\nWork-Life Balance\nFun Perks\nAvailable Shifts:\n2nd Shift: 2:30pm - 10:30pm (Monday through Friday)\nOverview:\nESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES\nPerform the following with limited supervision:Review and interpret shop floor paperwork prior to assembly\nRead and follow drawings, SOPs, blueprints, and/or wiring diagrams\nProperly assemble finished good (mechanical and electrical) to quality standards in assigned area\nEfficiently build multiple product types\nFull operation of equipment, where assigned\nOperator-level cleaning and maintenance for their assigned area\nDepending on assigned area, may include basic controls testing functions, quality verifications, and non-vibration testing, brazing functions\n\nConform to all safety guidelines while performing duties and operating equipment\nWear the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) for the position\nSupport daily and monthly production goals and targets\nUtilize SOPs and Standard Work Instructions to complete work\nContribute to safety and process improvement initiatives\nLearn SAP/ MII / MES Processes\nDemonstrate reliability and ownership of assigned processes\nIdentify work to be performed via SAP or MII work center priority\nPerform physical material movements\nMaintain a clean and safe workplace in accordance with 5S and lean initiatives\nCross-train within department\nDemonstrate a willingness to be flexible in areas they are cross-trained in\nHelp train new production team members as assigned\nSUPERVISORY/MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES\nNo\nQUALIFICATIONS\nHS Diploma or GED preferred\n12 months prior manufacturing experience required\nMust be a minimum of 18 years old\nEffective verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and time management skills\nStrong attention to detail\nHigh focus on quality and safety\nProficient math, reading, and computer skills\nIntermediate skill in reading and interpreting blueprints, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematic reading\nIntermediate skills in the use of basic, pneumatic, and power tools\nEEO STATEMENT\nWe are an equal opportunity employer.
