Responsibilities include but is not limited to recruitment for exempt and non-exempt level positions, employee and labor relations, organization development, and training and development. Build and maintain trusted relationships with business unit and department leadership. Champion company programs to ensure program adoption. Additionally, ensure consistent application of all policies and procedures within the supported business unit.\nWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING\nMaintains visibility with all employees and addresses any issues and concerns that are identified in a timely and professional manner.\n\nAssists with performance reviews and ensures the development and implementation of specific development plans to address performance issues.\n\nWorks directly with management and supervisors to effectively promote positive employee relations.\n\nConducts employee meetings and assists in training and development sessions on various topics as needed.\n\nEnsures compliance with state and federal laws through efficient administration of company HR policies, procedures, programs and initiatives.\n\nLeads the recruitment and selection efforts across all levels of the business unit. Assists with orientation sessions.\n\nParticipates in operations meeting within the business and advises management on all Human Resource related topics.\n\nChampions organizational programs and acts as a change agent to help ensure program adoption.\n\nWorks with business unit and department leaders to identify issues, concerns, and solve problems.\n\nWork with business unit and department leaders to provide support and assist in achieving department goals.\n\nWHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE AS AN HRBP I\n0-2 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources required.\n\n4 Year / Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent years of job experience required.\n\nPHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification preferred\n\nWHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE AS AN HRBP II\n2-4 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources required\n\n4 Year / Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent years of job experience required.\n\nPHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification preferred\n\nSOME THINGS WE THINK YOU SHOULD KNOW\nThis role supports production team members across all shifts. The HRBP will need flexibility to support off-shifts as needed, including maintaining regular visibility across shifts.\n\nThis role will be on site at our Schofield, WI campus.\n\nCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS\nGreenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program.The starting base pay range for this position is $69,581-$105,903 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
