We are more than products, we are a team of inspired people doing extraordinary things.\nAs a Campus Maintenance Manager for Greenheck Group you will support corporate net sales objectives through the management of maintenance and safety programs, verifying governmental compliance, and providing assistance with corporate facility expansions and improvements. Providing direction and leadership to maintenance team, oversee the maintenance operations and ensure the effective functioning of equipment, systems, and facilities.\nWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING\nDevelop and direct a team of maintenance personnel who are responsible for the integrity of Greenheck Group buildings, grounds and machinery.\n\nEnsure that all Maintenance Excellence practices, policies, and procedures are followed. Utilize the CMMS to manage all maintenance activities.\n\nProvide technical leadership by answering daily inquiries and assisting with solving problems. Coordinate communication with your team across all shifts.\n\nMonitor campus wide spare parts, shop supplies and tooling.\n\nWork to continually improve corporate safety programs and safety and housekeeping awareness.\n\nEnsure production goals are obtained through timely and cost-effective repair of factory equipment to minimize downtimes and maximize machine capacity and longevity.\n\nMeet with vendors to negotiate the purchase of and obtain information on equipment or services on current projects.\n\nManage and provide education to other company personnel on governmental regulatory issues that affect the Greenheck Group manufacturing operations. (i.e. DNR, DOT, OSHA, EPA, NFPA and local municipalities).\n\nProvide technical consultation with others in the organization concerning process operation and capabilities.\n\nPlan and implement facility expansions, utility projects and machinery rebuild/upgrade projects.\n\nProvide plant engineering services to other manufacturing engineering projects such as installation of new equipment, plant layout modifications and emission permit application.\n\nProactively support continuous improvement activities.\n\nWHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE\n6-8 years of relevant work experience in maintenance required.\n\n6-8 years of relevant work experience in a supervisory or managerial role required.\n\n4 Year / bachelor’s degree in industrial maintenance or a related field of study or equivalent years of job experience required.\n\nStrong knowledge of NFPA 70E Electrical Safety in relation to industrial manufacturing.\n\nOSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 Certification.\n\nProject management skills.\n\nSOME THINGS WE THINK YOU SHOULD KNOW\nTravel is required more than 25% of time.\n\nCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS\nGreenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive total compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program. The compensation for this role includes base salary along with the opportunity to earn additional variable compensation based on achieving specific performance metrics.
