Our efficient products improve comfort, safety, and health of lives across the planet.\nSince 1947, we are deeply committed to helping you “Build Your Future,” through professional growth, challenging projects, and exciting opportunities to explore your career path.\nWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING\nSupport Greenheck’s Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Sourcing Departments by serving as a technical resource on materials and inventory-related projects.\nLead in coordinating stocking requirements with material specialists at other facilities as well as the purchasing team.\nHelp monitor excess project/sales stock and identify opportunities for utilization or reduction.\nCollaborate with Material Specialists and Buyers to ensure smooth integration of new products and changes in purchased components.\nAnalyze and make recommendations on safety stock levels and rounding values to optimize inventory.\nParticipate in and support inventory reduction initiatives through data analysis and process improvement.\nEvaluate E&O (Excess and Obsolete) inventory trends and recommend corrective action steps.\nPrepare and organize shop floor documentation related to warehouse and inventory management functions, ensuring information is accurate and timely.\nAssist in maintaining inventory accuracy by monitoring alignment between system data and execution processes.\nWHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE\nEnrollment in a related bachelor's degree program (Business Administration, Supply Chain, or similar).\nOn track to graduate in the next 3 semesters. \nManufacturing experience desired but not required\nExposure to root cause analysis (8D process) is a plus\nExposure to ERP/SAP systems is a plus\nExperience with Microsoft office, specifically Excel\nTHE EARLY TALENT EXPERIENCE\nAs part of our Early Talent Program, you'll have opportunities to:\n Develop Your Career: Gain meaningful, real-world experience while working full-time (40 hours a week) throughout your 8-month co-op term.\nExplore Our Business: Participate in Fundamental Fridays to learn about different areas of the business and hear directly from leaders across the company.\nCollaborate Across the Company: Be an important part of your team while building relationships and collaborating with others across the organization.\nBuild Your Network: Connect with interns and co-ops across the U.S. and build relationships with approximately 90 fellow college students.\nGrow Through Feedback: Receive meaningful feedback and coaching throughout your experience, including mid-term and final performance reviews.\nConnect with Leaders: Share your projects and experiences with company leaders and executives at the end of your term.\nMake a Difference: Give back through company-sponsored volunteer opportunities and make an impact in our communities.\nCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS\nGreenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay.
