We are more than products, we are a team of inspired people doing extraordinary things.\nAs the Network Administrator Team Lead, you will provide leadership and vision while supervising the company's IT infrastructure, including the replacement, setup, maintenance, and security of all network devices. Set up, configure, and support internal and/or external networks, hardware, applications, security, and configurations. Provide direction to network team members, troubleshoot system performance, and define/maintain service level agreement with the company.\nWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING\nSupervise and facilitate the daily coverage, workload, and workflow among Network team members including performing the day-to-day tasks required.\n\nEnterprise Network administration duties include configuring, installing, and maintaining network hardware and infrastructure, VoIP phones, printers, firewalls, switches, routers, Wi-Fi and access points, battery backups and cabling.\n\nInstall new hardware and software upgrades for all layered products after presenting a plan for user testing and migration to the new product level.\n\nMonitor system performance and proposes software updates or parameter changes to enhance system performance; develop a plan for testing, implementing, and measuring the results of system performance.\n\nWork with hardware and software customer support service organizations as required solving problems.\n\nBuild relationships with outside vendors and negotiate services.\n\nResponsible for WAN contracts and technology deployments and upgrades for both domestic and international telecom.\n\nParticipate in the development of the IT Operations budget.\n\nWork with employees to resolve hardware/software issues, spec IT requirements for services and meet expected IT service levels and standards.\n\nAttend training sessions, read instructional manuals, and read industry periodicals to maintain a current understanding of the various operating systems and maintained software.\n\nTravel to various locations domestic and international as needed.\n\nOccasionally work during non-business hours to perform maintenance and installations.\n\nWHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE\n4-6 years of relevant work experience required.\n\n1-2 years of relevant leadership experience required.\n\n4 Year / Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent years of job experience required.\n\nLAN/WAN design and installation experience preferred.\n\nCisco Route/Switch experience preferred.\n\nJuniper Network Configuration experience preferred.\n\nIT security experience preferred.\n\nNetwork monitoring experience preferred.\n\nWireless technology implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting experience preferred.\n\nAdvanced troubleshooting experience preferred.\n\nMPLS and BGP experience preferred.\n\nDNS and DHCP working knowledge experience preferred.\n\nPrevious experience in system performance monitoring and fine-tuning experience preferred.\n\nCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS\nGreenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program. The starting base pay range for this position is $117,249-$144,837 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
